Is life like a game of cards? Birth deals you a set of cards, you play your hand as best you can, stay in the game, use a joker when needed, and try to win the pot (the fuel of the game). Even if winning is the goal of the game, the cards and the players make the game. Layers over complexity creates depth and richness.

We experience life linearly, in time and space. What if we could access the quantum reality of many experiences simultaneously, across multiple plains of time and space - in essence our life all at once: scenes playing together? Our past, present, future would all connect and make more sense.

Humans have increasingly more time and space, allowing more ambition in the way they use them.

Why does nature expand energy or produce in excess of needs? Why do animals and humans play? Why are we sensitive to what we call beauty - allowing for all the space beyond the necessary and useful ? It is life. Movement, chance and the unexpected create change and the excitement of a future.

One of the gifts of life is that you are given what are the jokers of a deck of cards, or the zero in a roulette wheel. Is that really the case at the universal level, and will it persist once we have artificial super intelligence?

Precious time and space have been given to us to think about who we would like to be and the life we might want to live. Let’s make good use of this chance, a surreal moment of freedom.

Even if we speculate that all can be explained by science and algorithms, there may always be a space beyond, unexpected, allowing for metaphysical imagination. Something further and unknown.

There isn't singleness at the exclusion of plurality in states or time, both can be valid. All states and times are within one another -- as quantum mechanics suggest.

The void is always the most valuable - the one you are filling by living. Life is free space, available and open. If there were no empty space there would be nowhere to go.

When Faust made a pact with the devil it was for knowledge - it is for the unknown that we are thirsty.
